8 months agoMy wife and I worked with Andy to buy our first home, and I would definitely recommend him! We bought our home about 8 months ago, and we still feel so fortunate to have gone through the process with Andy. Andy worked tirelessly, and despite being very experienced and active in the market, he made us feel like his only clients! He always responded promptly, and he guided us seamlessly through a tight schedule come closing time. He was more than willing to tour a truly crazy number of homes with us (we are kind of neurotic), and he listened to our thoughts as we walked through each property, then relayed them to us at future properties to help us find our perfect home. Ultimately, Andy was an integral part of our team and provided so much value to us as we made this decision!

He also agreed to meet up with us during this time when we were in town to look at homes, even though we weren't quite ready to buy. We really appreciated that he was willing to help us in our research to narrow down where we might want to live even though we weren't ready to pull the trigger. He gave us tons of information about neighborhoods, insight on pricing, and then when we were serious about buying a house, he was just as informative. Andy was very responsive throughout the years about any questions we had. He was straighforward, wasn't pushy, but was honest about pros and cons about various facets of buying a home. I would recommend him to anyone!
