5 months agoNeal and his team fight for those who have been wronged by others. They take on people who deserve justice, not only the cases that will net them millions. In the world of, "give me, give me, give me," Neal and his team fight for restitution and compensation due in the pursuit of justice. I was not the easiest client, often being frustrated by the time it was taking to reconcile things. But he was understanding and talked me through it. I hope I never have to see him again, and I mean that in the best way possible. Neal and his team will fight for you. They will do everything they can to hold those responsible for your pain and suffering accountable for their actions. He's one of the good ones! Trust him; I know I always will! To address the concerns of radio silence for weeks on end, yes, it happens. That was part of my frustration and lashing out, that he took with grace and responded to with honesty. Sometimes there is no news from the other side and that means there is no news to share. That doesn't mean he isn't working the case, he is! There just isn't any information to be provided. Take note, it is as much YOUR responsibility to check in as it is HIS responsibility to update you. Yes, he should call and say there is no current update, but also, it needs to be understood that he's got a multitude of cases going all at once and sometimes, notifications aren't made in a timely manner. I can be an impatient person and was not okay with the notifications/updates not landing in a timely manner on the regular. But he did his job and I was able to get the resolution and restitution I was due. $2,500 less than I thought it would be, but that was the fault of the other side taking it to litigation.

a year agoIf you want a lawyer that goes completely radio silent for months, doesn’t responde to any emails, phone calls or texts than Neal is your guy. The only way i’ve been able to get a hold of him is by physically showing up to his office and he’ll still have the audacity to ask you to make an appointment which is difficult if no one ever responds when attempting to contact them. save yourself the headache and find a true professional
