a year agowe contacted the attorney about a consumer law issue (he is listed in my legal plan as a Plaintiff's lawyer for disputes about goods or products bought and sold or services rendered). He called back and quite brusquely told us that he wasn't the right lawyer for our problem and disconnected without further explanation.

6 years agoI sought out Tom to help with drawing up a letter to try and force my co-owner to sell the house we own. Everything started out fine, until I asked for proof the the letter was sent. Then all response stopped from Tom Davis, I sent the payment requested, which is a lot for me. I do deserve proof that you did what you were paid to do, I really dont believe the letter was sent, and know I'm out $600, and cant get a simple email response.
