12 years agoIt is with the greatest of pleasure that I write this review for Tom Patton, of Tom Patton Law. Over the past several years, I have had to use attorneys of different specialties, and they have been knowledgeable and professional, but I have to say that Tom has surpassed them all. Mr. Patton is an attorney that knows his area of law inside and out. I had been involved in an extremely serious car accident, with multiple injuries. Tom was professional, but also very personable and compassionate. He asked appropriate questions, listened intently to my answers, and gave me the time that I needed to be able to answer those questions. Whenever action needed to be taken, Tom was on top of it. There was never a time of waiting for him to move forward with my case when it was warranted. Tom and his staff were always quick to answer phone calls, emails or questions that I had. I always felt informed and part of the team on my case. This law office is run with such professionalism, and Tom’s entire team was great to work with! Going through a car accident can be really serious and at the time I was going through a lot. Several different doctors, surgeries, recovery, and a lot of pain. Tom’s approach was caring and yet professional. I never felt cut off, ignored or my concerns dismissed. He always handled everything for me with precision, and at the same time I always felt taken care of. Compassion, warmth, and empathy are not always attributes one usually equates with attorneys, but I found that and more with Tom Patton I cannot recommend Tom Patton Law enough! Going through all the trauma, I always knew I could trust him and his staff to take care of my case, and in fact received a just and fair settlement! You are in safe hands with this attorney, and you will not be making a mistake to retain Tom Patton as your attorney. He is simply the best!

People always seem to be so surprised at how he takes his time with them during the free initial phone call to discover if the case is even worth pursuing & succeeding in court. He's great with car crash cases but even better with commercial truck crashes & very uniquly, airline related injuries. You'll see why if you read his bio. Tom is extremely experienced & won't waste your time or money. He's licensed in both Oregon & Washington. He even list some of his case types & settlement dollar amounts. Tom held my hand through some difficult times and guided me through a long and involved process I knew nothing about. He answered the million questions I had and sometimes more than once. He took the time to care about my case. He was accessible and always returned any communications promptly. His fee structure was very fair with no surprises. He always took the time to listen to what I had to say and take the appropriate action. I've recommended him to other cyclists who were in the same situation. a year agowe hired Tom for my grandaughter witch was abr 4used while in DHS foster care non leagle home she is blind disabled 4 yrs later never heard from him then find out that he gave the case away to law office that filed class action against foster care DHS of Oregon with other kids indec 2023 dec it settle 40 million I find it out he left message running on hea a joke joke I'm finding lawyer to fill case against him in near future
