2 years agoI highly recommend Michael if considering mediation services. Michael mediated divorce proceedings for myself and my spouse. Michael provided us with valuable understanding of mediation and the letter of the law with expertise. He was able to to this with compassion, kindness, and without bias towards either party, Michael stayed within his scope of practice and provided valuable referrals to assist in the process. Divorce is never easy, however, Michael was able to make the process more manageable.

4 years agoDeciding to end a marriage is a very difficult and emotional decision to make. Michael brought a lot of peace into this difficult decision and helped us stay focused on what mattered the most. OUR KIDS. I really felt that he was a representative for our kids during this process. It was very helpful to have someone with the knowledge, wisdom and heart that Michael has, walk us through this process. Michael was incredibly patient with us and did not charge us for the ridiculous things many lawyers charge for. I would recommend him to anyone I know who is looking for a mediator when getting divorced.

8 years agoMichael Dwyer was better than I anticipated. He's very experienced, level-headed and knowledgeable. The thing that stuck out the most to me during the divorce/mediation process was that he prioritized our child. My ex and I may no longer be married, but our child still has both of us as parents, and Michael understood and prioritized this fact -- many decisions relied on this important foundation of our daughter's future. This seemed to arise from his experience with helping others get through divorce and also his experience as a parent. I felt that Michael brought a much needed balance to the table: compassionate and logical, courteous and stern, and through such an unpleasant situation, he was efficient and did not waste our time. It was not fun or easy, after all, it is a divorce. However, I feel incredibly indebted to Michael for how he made such an unpleasant life experience as smooth as he could, fair with compromises on both sides, and was always on the job with his listening, mediating, and legal progress to get us divorced.
