a year agoChase Morinaka became my probate attorney several months after my husband suddenly didn’t wake up one morning. He guided me and instructed me on tasks that I needed to complete in order for the process to run smooth. Mostly I was on autopilot taking care of task that were of immediate urgency. Chase held my hand through a lot of it, and with the help of some friends, maneuver through the mountains of paperwork that my husband left behind, including the lack of a will which made things very complicated. It took about 18 months to complete the probate process only because my thinking processes weren’t sharp, but it was completed and all of this is behind me now as I go forward. Thank you, Chase for all that you do to get grieving families through such a difficult event.

2 years agoChase is awesome! My husband and I had to do our Wills and Medical Directives. We had put off this task off for a few years. Chase explained our options and let us know what each thing would cost and what would be the most beneficial for our family. We decided to go with Chase because he is very knowledgeable, professional, honest, and personable. One thing that we really liked is that we never felt intimidated by the process even though the law can be pretty complicated. Chase explained each step along the way and gave us time to think things over and ask questions. We had the choice to create a trust or do simple Wills. We opted for the Wills knowing we could always come back and do the Trust if things change. Chase said he would be available to help our family with all the details if need be. We feel a lot more calm and secure since completing this process and so glad to have met Chase! We highly recommend Chase Morinaka for anyone looking for an attorney to help manage your estate planning!
