7 years agoThis is a special Legal Clinic, and I called both this and it's other location twice last month and left messages, and neither one of the locations responded to me. Luckily, I was able to find help with my issue from another agency. Definitely would not advise these people, as they did not even have the courtesy to call me back, as I had left my messages which was the only option they gave me, requesting a call back, which never happened. They just leave you hanging, Wasting your time, and possibly causing you more issues because of Any Time deadlines you might have. Therefore, I would suggest you go to them in person and hope that somebody is there, or that you use a different agency all together, so that you know that competent people will actually respond to you, even if it's just to tell you that they cannot assist you. 10 years agoI am very appreciative of St. Andrew legal Clinic, they were there for me when I was low income and had no other recourses to go from or options left. My Lawyer, April, was so caring and extremely helpful until she left. It makes me feel so much better knowing that there are companies such as St. Andrew Legal for people to turn too! Thank you so much St. Andrew's!

9 years agoHorrific horrific... The receptionist is rude and mean. The manager is worse... Did everything they told me to... Came up with the money they requested.... They canceled my appointments twice. Costing me 200 for each cause I had to come from out of state... Told me to file paperwork they then were not there to help me defend and screwed me in court and then refused to help me at all... Get their estimate and then call... Call. Call... There are other lawyers in Oregon State that will sliding scale... You just have to find them. With the leg work... And they won't screw you like St Andrews does... These people should be sued and shut down

7 years agoCan I give a negative rating? Unprofessional, slow or no communication.....low budget business. Dogs in office, no phone returns, and the attitude you receive is demeaning....DON'T USE THIS BUISNESS!!!
