Even though my case was outside the area of law he practices, he spent nearly 30 minutes on the phone with me listening to my situation and offering thoughtful guidance. He didn’t rush the conversation and took the time to make sure I felt heard during an incredibly stressful time. That kind of professionalism, compassion, and integrity is rare. It was clear to me that he genuinely cares about people who are seeking legal help and wants his clients to feel understood and supported. I had just become a single mom when I sustained a devastating injury, and I truly cannot imagine having gone through that experience without the Friedmans by my side. What makes them different is their commitment to you as an individual. At no point did I ever feel like I was just another case file to them. They took the time to understand me, my life, my fears, and the real impact this injury had on my future. They showed an incredible amount of compassion while also being fiercely professional, strategic, and relentless advocates. This was a HARD case, and there were many moments that felt overwhelming, exhausting, and deeply personal. Through all of it, they never stopped fighting for me. They DO NOT tire. They leave no stone unturned. They dig into every detail, challenge every angle, and continue pushing until the very end. You can feel how deeply they care about getting justice for their clients. I trusted them completely because they earned that trust over and over again throughout this process.
